Karen and I are still rejoicing the incredible memorial service celebrating Stacy’s life.
Of the hundreds of emails, facebook messages, and cards we’ve received, there was one underlying sentiment. Everyone “wished they could find words to express their feelings”………. Like all of you, we struggle with words to express our appreciation and love. We found the following and hope it might cover our sincere sentiments.
Perhaps you sent a lovely card,
Or sat quietly in a chair.
Perhaps you sent a floral piece,
If so, we saw it there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words,
As any friend could say;
Perhaps you were not there at all
Just thought of us that day.
Whatever you did to console our hearts
We thank you so much, whatever the part.
